Pineda Covalin UK reserves the right to change this terms at any time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, and Solo.

Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card you will only be charged once your order has been confirmed and the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 20 days of receipt. Returns will be credited to your original method of payment. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot exchange or refund jewellery and glasses, unless they are defective or faulty. Please note that products must be returned with all original and intact tags and packaging.

Product Information

For each product displayed at the website PINEDACOVALIN.CO.UK, a summary page will be displayed featuring a photograph of the product, a description of the design, its colouring and product code, some other product details and its unit price.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the description and colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to a particular product may change. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible by e-mail and you will not be charged for the out of stock products.

Purchase of Products

While every effort is taken to try to ensure that the colouring, design and style of the Pineda Covalin products in the photographs displayed on the website are representative of the original products, variations may occur due to the technical restrictions of colour reproduction on your computer equipment. If you have any questions about the products, you may contact our Customer Service Department ("see Contact us") before placing your order.

Once you have placed an order, you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. A dispatch e-mail confirmation shall be sent.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from the product ordered being unavailable from stock , our inability to obtain authorisation of payment, identification of an invalid address, etc.

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you by e-mail as soon as possible.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. If the item has been dispatched please proceed to return the goods to us as per the refund conditions detailed below.

Delivery of Products

We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods within the times indicated once the order is accepted. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please allow between 3-8 working days for delivery within the United Kingdom and 5-12 working days for Continental Europe.

We shall attempt to deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery, or if none, to the credit card address you supply. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods. If the goods are held by the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods. Please ensure that the addresses supplied when placing your order are accurate. Note that we are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.

Please note that any duty and/or administration charges incurred by your parcel being delivered overseas will need to be settled by you, as MEXART LTD will not be held liable for these.

Promotional Vouchers

1. Promotional vouchers are valid only to shop on-line at PINEDACOVALIN.CO.UK
2. A promotional voucher is valid within the dates and times stated. If no time is stated then it will expire at 23:59 local time on the day stated. The time quoted is the time that the on-line purchase must be submitted and acknowledged by PINEDACOVALIN.CO.UK
3. A promotional voucher entitles the holder to a discount or promotion as detailed in the voucher. Only one promotional voucher can be used on one transaction.
4. A promotional voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher, unless specifically stated in writing in the voucher
5. Sale items, multibuy discounts and gift vouchers are excluded from any promotional voucher.
6. The discount or promotion stated in the promotional voucher will be applied during online order process after correct submission of relevant information including voucher code input during order process. No promotion or discount will be applied to incorrectly submitted orders or once an order has been submitted at PINEDACOVALIN.CO.UK
7. If you use a promotional voucher and subsequently cancel, return or exchange the order, the voucher will no longer be valid and the respective value may not be reapplied to another order.
8. If you return your order, the refund amount will be the order total less any delivery expenses.
9. Promotional vouchers cannot be exchange for cash and is non transferable.
10. Taxes, shipping, handling, and other fees are extra, vary and are not subject to discount, unless otherwise specified.

Return/Exchange of Products

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however we guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with.

We will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 20 days of receipt. The products should have attached a security tag and be in original undamaged packaging. Returns will be credited to your original method of payment.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods when they are in your possession. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 40% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

The refund or exchange will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account. Your statement will show a refund or credit from MEXART LTD. You will also receive en e-mail confirming the refund details.

In the case of an exchange or refund, the shipping costs incurred in returning any replacement goods to you will be refunded if your exchange or refund is due to an error from our behalf, otherwise you will be liable for the shipping costs.

Our returns policy does not apply to defective or damaged items or items sent to you in error, which are dealt with separately in the "Defective and damaged items" section below.

Defective and damaged items

If you should receive an item you have ordered that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us through our "customer service section" or by email to customerservice@pinedacovalin.co.uk as soon as possible.

We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.

Returns should be made within 20 days of receipt. The products should have attached a security tag and be in original undamaged packaging. You should also send proof of purchase and we will be happy to exchange or refund.

Credit/Debit Card Validation

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against any Fraud Prevention Scheme. At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure.
